| Credit Cards
|
| We accept Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards and Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit or debit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Only one address may be entered in our shopping cart and it must be your billing address (the address at which you receive your credit card statement) or your order will not be accepted. Incorrect information will cause the order to be cancelled and any payment received to be refunded.

| Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
|
| Our acceptance of checks or money orders requires prior arrangements. Please contact us to request approval. The approval issue is not about credit worthiness; it is about agreeing to certain terms that we require.

| Prices
|
Live gold and silver prices are enabled on TheSilverXchange website. Each BUY button has an up-to-the-minute price next to it. These prices are updated after every 60 seconds during which the NY Spot (asked) price changes, and those changes will appear each time the page is refreshed.
"Stale orders" are defined as orders which are placed in the shopping cart and then left unpaid long enough for market prices to change. "Stale orders" will frequently need to have their payments refunded and to be cancelled. Paying for a Stale Order after the market price increases will not enable a customer to purchase below the market, as such payments will likely be refunded and their associated orders cancelled. We reserve the sole right to determine when payment refunds and cancellations are needed.

| Order confirmation and acceptance
|
| Confirmation of an order is an automatic process done by the shopping cart, stating that an order and possibly a payment was received. It is important to point out that an order confirmation does not constitute an order acceptance. The acceptance of an order is a committment to fulfill an order at the price paid. Orders are never accepted without a completed, correct payment and properly verified payment information. If the payment was not completed for any reason, or is incorrect, then no price committment or order acceptance is given or implied. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any order for any reason and we also reserve the right to keep the reason for a refused acceptance private. When orders are refused acceptance, any payment made will be refunded, however refunds for fraudulent payments may be withheld and referred to law enforcement officials instead.

| Typographical Errors
|
| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, a software error or a change in pricing information received from our suppliers, TheSilverXchange shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products affected by such errors or such changes in prices, whether or not the order has already been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TheSilverXchange shall issue a credit to your payment account of the full amount charged. However, orders that have been accepted by TheSilverXchange may not be cancelled due to the circumstances described above and are committed by TheSilverXchange to be delivered at the price paid.

| Returns / Refunds / Adjustments / Processing Errors
|
| We will accept no returns of bullion products. However, TheSilverXchange shall correct order processing errors at our own expense, including exchanging incorrect products shipped for those originally ordered, shipping additional products needed to fulfill the order due to a shortfall in shipping. The costs of correcting errors made by TheSilverXchange shall be incurred by TheSilverXchange only when the error is our fault.

| US Shipping Policy
|
We require that your order is shipped to the billing address on the card account used to make payment. For new customers, there will be absolutely no exceptions allowed. All domestic shipments are insured and the insurance charge is included in the shipping charges. The word "Insured" will not appear anywhere on the package.
Please be aware when redirecting shipments to mailrooms, mail drops, third parties or other alternate destinations that TheSilverXchange.com will not be liabile for lost or delayed packages resulting from misdirected packages related to such special instructions. TheSilverXchange will not be liable for mis-directed packages resulting from inaccurate information or incorrect shipping addresses provided to TheSilverXchange with an order.
Shipping charges are added during checkout. For estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) please refer to the product pages containing the Buy Buttons or the Silver Price List for silver products or the
Gold Price List for gold products. Estimated shipping times counted in days from the order date are listed adjacent to each product name. Please add 5 days to each estimate for orders being shipped outside the U.S.

| International Shipping Policy
|
| We require that your order is shipped to the billing address on the card account used to make payment. For new customers, there will be absolutely no exceptions allowed. Customer is responsible for customs or tax due to country of residence and may not refuse delivery to avoid paying such taxes. International shipments ARE NOT INSURED. TheSilverXchange is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to international addresses once they leave our office. By placing an order, all international buyers are accepting and agree to our published policy that the buyer assumes all risk associated with losses that may occur in transit with international shipments. We do not ship to APO addresses or PO boxes.

| Out-of-Stock Products
|
| Please be aware that we are unable to keep all items in stock all of the time.

| Multiple Product Orders
|
| Shipping charges paid when an order is placed cover a single package containing the entire order. For an order containing multiple products, we will ship the entire order at the same time. Products that are available when the order is placed will need to wait until all products comprising the order are available for shipping. If you want us to ship a partial order, this will require an additional shipping charge to be paid by the customer for the additional package BEFORE the additional package is sent.

| Taxes
|
For New Jersey buyers, TheSilverXchange shall add the applicable sales tax to the grand total for the order.
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any tariffs, value added taxes, customs duty or any other taxes not listed here. Product returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued due to your refusal to pay taxes due.
